Applications

Due to its flexible measurements, the CAIRPACK system is extremely suitable for buffering products with various dimensions. There is no need for moulds and therefore, no mould costs.

It can also serve as an alternative for all kinds of filling materials such as chips, crumpled paper, air bags, PUR foam, etc.

You can automatically fill a ‘top’ or ‘bottom’ (or a wrapper) for heavy products for which air cushion foil is too light: air cushion foil tears and the air bubbles break.

Another possibility is making a pre-formed packaging such as ‘envelopes’ or ‘trays’ so that you can pack cartridges, laptops, electronics, LCD monitors, etc easily, fast and safely.
