The packaging for shock-sensitive equipment is tested extensively using drop tests. These drop tests are carried out on location and the results are recorded so that the packaging can be adjusted or improved if necessary.
Other testing methods are vibration, pressure, and tilting/tumbling tests. In practice, the careful development and testing of packaging can even result in improving the product.

Develoment and testing If required, hand models are manufactured to allow practical testing of the packaging. Plotter models can be made quickly, too. Our packaging development department also makes the technical drawings and makes these available (in electronic format, if needed). We also take care of designing box layouts, because not every business has its own department for this purpose. Due to a well-equipped design studio we are able to meet all your requests. Experienced specialists advise about the most appropriate packaging materials and take care of a packaging design suitable for the product. It goes without saying that we pay close attention to the optical styling of the packaging concerned. |
