Packaging is a logical form of logistics for Van der Heijden Nederland. Just before you are due to start packing, we supply the right packaging material in the correct quantities. Think of all the overhead costs and packaging storage space you can save this way. If needed, we can take care of the entire logistical trajectory: From purchasing components up to delivery of completely assembled and packed products. It is possible to make swift changes in planning and to “create small miracles” due to our huge flexibility in production, development and sales of packaging. That’s why one of our customers uses the following motto: “When things are at their worst, Van der Heijden is at hand.” This is, of course, a prime example of ordering Just-Too-Late, but this too is a part of the logistical packaging field.

In practise, it is not always possible to stick to the planning, this why we have to be able accommodate the customer’s needs very quickly. Also in case of possible changes in the packaging of your products, we are able to act quickly, especially as the design and production of the packaging go hand-in-hand at Van der Heijden Nederland, and because we have a very flexible design department and production department at our disposal. We supply custom-made packaging – Just-In-Time – also in small series. It is also possible to supply a limited edition of imprinted boxes.
